Ooma sounded like a great concept, however I've had periods of complete down time. This is not a connection issue -I have Comcast at around 17MBs, and a Cisco router. Basically I cannot call in or out right now, but have ll blue lights. Seems like a termination issue. Support has been somewhat helpful, but it seems like Ooma can trace my calls all the way through to resolve the issue.

However, I will then get a week of trouble free service - seems like there are system outage they don't know about or won't tell me about????

Is anybody else having issues in CA?

I can't call out. Can dial, ring and then I hear a click and nothing.
Sometimes the people I am trying to call can hear me but I can't hear them.
Spent an hour with tech. Thought we fixed it but guess not.

I'm experiencing the same problem today, unfortunately I just missed tech support's hours.
