For several weeks I had difficulty making phone calls to particular phone numbers or exchanges. This started unexpectedly as it worked on my installation of the telo. Yes it did take quite some time for the engineers to solve the problem but once they did I couldn't be happier. The quality of my calls are outstanding. Crystal clear. I love making calls now. :D

Would you care to share what was done to solve the problem. It might be useful to other users. It is also not clear that you have crystal clear sound quality as a result of the the fixes or you had good sound quality all along in spite of the other problems.
