We have an ongoing issue and not sure what it is for sure. When we call people and talk to them on the phone, we can talk to them for a while with no problem, but about 50-75% of the time, at a certain point, we can no longer hear the party we are talking to. They can hear us no problem, but we cannot hear them.

Anyone else experience this problem?
