I'm trying to fine tune my QOS settings according to instructions in the Knowledge Base and when I go to the above link to change my settings I get machine code. Any idea why and what I need to do to get the screen shown in the knowledge base instructions?

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

It's not machine code, just HTML code. This happens if you use Chrome as your browser. Also some anti virus programs like Kaspersky will interfere with proper display of the setup pages.

I'm trying to follow the route to the QoS settings/fine tuning page. I keep getting the same response from my Mac's Safari browser:

Safari can’t open the page “http://setup.ooma.com/” because Safari can’t find the server “setup.ooma.com”.

-and-

Safari can’t open the page “http://172.27.35.1/” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

I've been trying these for several days .. NADA! Do you suppose these sites are continually down, or what :?:

My highway to the Internet is via a Clear WiMax modem .. no cable/DSL/etc.
