I am new ooma user. I have encountered this problem. Most of my outgoing calls to either landline or cell were excellent, except to one specific area: (408) 274-xxxx (landline). The quality was so bad that people on the other end could not understand a word i said. However, when they called me, the quality was perfect: no broken or crackled speech. Did anyone have the same problem? Please help.
