I have the EXACT same problem. For 2-4 seconds on an incoming call only I cannot hear or be heard... I get silence and the caller gets noise/static/fumbling sound. After that the call quality is just fine. Repeated calls to tech support have not yielded any resolution. I have good internet connectivity too: 9.35 Down, 1.91 Up, Jitter 1.4ms, packetloss 0.0%, MOS Score 4.0.
