Hi, I'm a new Ooma user (1 month or so). I have a cable modem for internet, and my ooma hub is connected directly to the cable modem. I get situations where I'll call someone and they can't hear me, and I've had situations where a caller can't get through. My internet has always seemed very reliable, so I can't understand why I'd have inconsistent results with the Ooma. Below are my voip statistics, can anyone suggest tweaking something to get better results? Thanks in advance.

Here's another voip test, this one shows low QOS I think... Is this something I can configure on my ooma, or something I need to take up with my ISP?
