Yeah, that's all well and good. Except the idea is to conduct those tests when the connection and performance of the Ooma (delays, echo... etc.) is poor and 'scratchy.' ;)

My call quality issues appear to be resolved. Verizon finally came out to the house and determined that my modem was failing. I've had it replaced and now my speeds are good and I"m happy with the result on call quality. It is unfortunate that it took so long to get Verizon to resolve my issues, but the help I received here regarding the unacceptable speed test outcomes was key to getting them to move on my problem.
