dropped calls because of bad battery?

Post by kujospam » Wed Dec 23, 2009 7:09 am

I got my handset about 3 weeks ago and every since day 1 it has had a horrible battery. I let it charge on the charger for 14 hours without touching it. But the phone dies after leaving it off the charger for 3 hours. Anyways, today was the worse when nobody has used the phone for a few days leaving it up on the charger, and I just picked it up today. Dropped call from my dentist. Look at the battery, only one bar. I think I might have gotten a bad one. Anyone else having this issue?

I have the same issue. I did call Ooma they stated they are working on a fix for this. In an e-mail from them they stated it is a battery indicator bug that bothers most of our users. So I do not think you got a bad phone. I think we will see a fix for this soon.
