I had problem with my connection and was told to contact my DSL company. I've had my internet provider come out here and fix my jitter and packet loss. They got it to be really low and everything was good. Lately i have found that if i am on the phone for more than a 1/2 an hour the phone quality gets worse and worse. After i hang up the packet loss is way up for a day or two but then gets back to normal. The worst is 85%. The best is 0.0%. This is weird. Any help please?

This could be the sign of a modem going bad. You may need to get them back out to check it again. I have cable and I was having some packet loss and this really messed up my Ooma calls. The cable company came out and found my modem was going bad. A new modem made an immediate fix and Ooma has been great since then.
