I confirmed that my handset has the new version of firmware... I am wondering if this release was to improve sound quality?

I placed a few calls and noticed some improvement in how the handset handles background noise. For example, it's quite when no sound is present from taking. I however, am still experience sound break ups and clarity issues within a call. The caller can hear me find, I just hear crackling and the sound going in and out. It only lasts for a few seconds then the sound comes back.

I have a good connection to the internet (see below)?

Any thoughts to when the Handset issues will be resolved? Also, can improvements be made to the handsets responsiveness. It seems to lag when keying a phone number.
