For several weeks now we have been experiencing a 10 second delay on some, but not all, incoming calls. During this delay we may be heard speaking by the party who is calling, but we do not hear anyone. This delay is either there for almost exactly 10 seconds (as timed by our telephone handset) or not there at all. It does not correspond to when we are using the internet, and QoS settings have already been checked and re-checked. Port forwarding settings have all been deleted. Power has been cycled.

Update/edit: Thankfully customer service called us today, so we will be keeping a call log for any affected calls. If I find something that resolves the problem I will let all of you know.
