Dropped Calls - interrupting internet service

I have 12 Dropped Calls per day. Internet goes out too. Time Warner has been out five times - new modem etc etc. All checks out OK but still have problem. About to give up on ol Ooma.

Connect to the hub (http://setup.ooma.com) and set the Modem port to use the Built in: MAC address.
