Have had ooma for about 6 months. Works great.

Setup as recommended, modem to ooma to router.

No problems until last few weeks when I noticed the ooma blue light was red.

No internet also, cable modem lights look good.

Only thing that seems to work is rebooting BOTH cable modem and ooma at the same time.

Has happened about 6 times now in last 2 weeks, works at least 6 hrs between red light special.

I could connect modem to router to ooma to confirm if problem is with ooma box and not modem.

Any additional ideas?
