I'm trying to complete a call to 863-453-xxxx. It won't connect, and there's a message that says "you need to dial a "1" in order to complete this call"...

I have ten-digit dialing turned on, and I tried dialing with a "1" to see if the call would get connected. It still won't connect, and returns the same message about needing to dial with a "1" in order to complete the call.

Is there something wrong with the routing to this particular number or exchange? I've completed other long-distance calls today with no problems.

call ooma cs and give them the number and time of the call attempts, they will trace their logs to figure it out
