Folks I talk to, even ooma tech support, tells me the volume is too loud on their end. Can that be adjusted?

What kind of phone/handset do you have? Have you tried a different phone?

We have the same problem. People on the other end say we're shouting into the phone or with a megaphone. We are using Sprint 3G wireless broadband.
