We just upgraded to Telo system and when we are engaged in a call to my daughter in Virginia (we're in MS) we have very bad reception and call drops often. Very frustrating. Do not see this happening with other numbers. Called Ooma and they say it is a "routing" problem but have not seen improvement. I have set the QoS upstream within the Ooma router to 80% of our upload speed according to SpeedTest. Any suggestions to improve this? Daughter does not seem to be having any issues with other calls coming in or going out from her phone (other than us).
BTW cell phone calls to daughter's number work fine.

Did you have the same problem when you had the Hub (calling your daughter)?
If this only happens with calling dauthger, Ooma is right that it is a routing issue and you need to keep calling customer support until issue resolved.
