I had some or most of the problems listed here until I removed the wireless gadget from the telo and hard-wired it to the modem and the router. All problems disappeared. It kind of defeated the reason I got ooma in the first place (wireless ATA) but my hatred for Bell Canada and Rogers (in Toronto) raised my tolerance for this Ooma deficiency. My other beef with Ooma is unreliable and shaky fax but again I'd rather find an alternative to this deficiency that deal with Bell or Rogers :)

For whatever reason, if the wifi adapter doesn't work for you, try some other alternatives....here is what I use: /viewtopic.php?f=5&t=13450&start=20#p97898
