For the first month or so that we had Ooma it worked perfectly and for the last month it basically hasn't worked at all! The phone rings and then we NEVER hear anyone on the other end. Also, we cannot call out because it will dial the number and then go dead before anybody picks up! Anybody have any ideas?! I ran the test and these were the results:

Download speed 13672 Kbps
Upload speed 1072 Kbps
D/load COS 53 %
U/load COS 99 %
RTT 81 ms
RTT Consistency 94 %
Max Delay 71 ms
Avg Delay 2 ms
Max Bandwidth 13672 Kbps
Route Speed - Kbps
Forced Idle 45 %
Route Conc 1.0

If you test call from your cell phone to the Ooma Telo, will the call go to voicemail. If so check the Envelpe (Do Not Disbtube) button on the face of the Ooma Telo. Press it until it turns Yellow. Press it again until it turns Blue. Then make test calls Inbound and outbound.

I reset the envelope button, but it didn't do anything. The problems of not being able to call out or receive calls in are the issues. I'm close to junking the whole thing!

Go into My Ooma https://my.ooma.com/blacklists and temporarliy remove the check marks from Community Blacklist & Personal Blacklist. Click Save at the botoom of the page.

Go into My Ooma https://my.ooma.com/calling and temporarily remove the check mark from Enable call forwarding. Click Save at the botoom of the page.

Go into My Ooma https://my.ooma.com/privacy and temporarily remove th check marks from Block display of my caller-ID for outbound calls & Enable anonymous call block. Click Save at the botoom of the page.

Go int My Ooma https://my.ooma.com/system and make sure that there ARE check marks in front of the three items under Calling Options. Click Save at the botoom of the page.

Remove power from the Ooma Telo for half an hour (an hour is better), for Ooma servers to reconize the changes, and the changes to take place. Then repower the Ooma Telo and make test phone calls out, and test call your Ooma number with your cell phone.

If calls go through normally, restore the My Ooma settings, but only one setting at a time. Test making calls, each time you make the one change, so if there still is a problem, you will know what is causing it, and make changes accordingly.

In any case, leave Ten Digit Calling enabled.
