I'm still wondering when the new firmware, which was in beta and some users already received and it fixed their issues, will be released to all customers.

In the past if an advanced Ooma Telo firmware version corrected a problem, a call to Ooma Customer Service asking for third level support could get you an Ooma Telo firmware update:
