I just tried to use the support chat, waited 5 minutes, and then it just disconnected me for no reason. Said I cancelled, but I didn't. Grrrrr!!!!!

Looks like Ooma is repairing a network issue, shouldn't be long. My hub is now up, but the Telo is still down.

SoCal - Seems to be down, spent the last hour trying to troubleshoot before finding this thread.

OOMA hub, 1 & 2 lights lit - "The ooma Hub is unable to register to the ooma network."

Been up and down all evening in TN, the latest disruption was just before 9pm Eastern. Only last a few minutes and then everything went back to normal. I noticed they just announced and update release, wonder if that has anything to do with it. Sure is making things difficult this evening.

Based on the last time this happened a couple of years ago it will take a while for all of the Ooma boxes in the country to get their turn at the registration server. It doesn't have the capacity to handle them all at the same time.

It's PFM. Called out around 4:45. Someone tried to call around 6, Ooma down. Did the power down/up a couple of times. No workee. Went away to do other things. Came back, still down, decided to check on-line. Found this forum and while I was reading the posts, came back up on its own. (Southeast corner of AZ.)
