Can't dial my own Ooma number

Can't dial my own Ooma number

Let me start by saying I'm not overly excited by my Ooma. My main concern is that when in 50% of the cases I cannot dial my own number, it tells me the number doesn't exist. I live in Canada.
I cannot get a connection when I'm in a company where I have to dial out. Anyone suggestions?

This could also be an Ooma routing problem on the Ooma servers side. For help with that contact Ooma Customer Service:
