Mine is okay. Do you have internet service? Did you try power cycling Ooma? Power cycle the whole chain from Modem on?

If your Ooma Symbol is flashing red, your Ooma Telo is not receiving an Internet Signal.

Besides rebooting everything, also check to make sure your credit card information is current and up to date in My Ooma.

There are lots of Internet problems in North America right now. An average packet loss of 24% which can give slow or no response depending on how your ISP connects to Ooma.

My Telo was doing a good job of staying up, but I could not get to the forum. Both are working now.
