This is what I was told on the Buffalo forums:

With the WZR-HP-AG300H you can't set priorities by IP unfortunately so you'll have to look up or find out what ports the Ooma unit passes VoIP traffic on and then prioritize by Service (ports).

So, what ports and how I guess.... :D

So, that says outbound traffic, what about inbound? I know I am a dullard so please avoid reminding me....

It is unlikely that you need QoS controls in the downlink direction.

I understand.

So, are these added on the same tab as the QoS and then port forwarding? I just enter each one I assume?
