For all those using the Verizon Galaxy G3 I found the reason for the crashes I was having. I did a OTA update to my Verizon phone that took it to Jellybean 4.1.1. After that when I launch Ooma Mobile, it would simply crash and not let me even type the login info. I did a complete reset of the phone from settings that wiped it to factory settings and then installed Ooma again and it works fine now. Give that a shot. But make sure you back up your data as the phone will be reset.
