I bought the modem, I pay for a premium service, now they (Ooma) want be to be an engineer to repair my (their) phone problem. I have been trying to repair this phone for months. I am considering going back to a land line (att) at least they were reliable.

One thing....If not using DECT 6.0 phone, unplug the phone base and try using a corded phone plugged directly into Ooma. If all is well, then get DECT 6.0 phone.
