Disconnect all phones from the Ooma Telo Phone port. Connect a completely different phone to the Ooma Telo Phone port and test. If you have (had) a Cordless phone connected, for testing, remove power from the Cordless phone base. Again, for testing, remove power from all of the Cordless phone base(s) in your home, for this test.

If that didn' help, move the Ooma Telo at least four feet away from other electronic equipment and test.
