With the recent increase in drop calls, I reviewed the setup of my Telo and router. I am not clear on home port and internet port. My home port Mac ID ends with "C" and internet port Mac ID ends with "D". Here is what I have:
1) Telo behind the router
2) Telo internet Mac ID set to build in
3) Router is showing internet port Mac ID "D" is attached
4) The question is when I setup QOS in the router, which Mac ID should be used? "C" or "D"?

Only the Internet port MAC address. You can double check which is you Internet port MAC address by accessing Ooma Setup and clicking on Status.

Just for my information, have you received Ooma Telo firmware update 47785 yet?
