Hello, I am trying to find a resolution to an echo problem that we seem to be having with our Telo. Actually, it is external callers who hear an echo, the audio quality via the Telo is excellent. I have experienced the echo myself when my wife has called me from home, or I have called her. I have searched the forums and have found posts with people experiencing echo on the Telo itself, but not the reverse. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions?

Make sure that you are not in Fax mode--I forgot to turn mine off and all people that I called had an echo.
