I have had the OOMA system for 2 months and I still haven't been able to get anyone in OOMA support to resolve the issue of no-name on our caller-id.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I am concerned that nothing is showing up also on E911 !!!

My OUTBOUND callerid is not showing up -- not the inbound caller ids.

OOMA customer circus hasn't been any help and just keep closing the calls.
