Where do I go to check for current service status? Other than calling the 800# for customer service?

Thanks for that link—I have checked those out for a while but haven't found them to be particularly current or helpful. Updates appear to be laggard, perhaps occurring only after customer service receives numerous calls questioning status. Also it seems there is no mention of other ongoing issues, i.e., progress on the issues with the bluetooth adapter.

My personal experience with the 800# has sadly been consistently frustrating. If there are other sources for getting dependable up-to-date info, please advise!
