Well, a failure after my 14 months with Ooma:

About a half-hour ago, I was calling from NYC to an 800 number at a Las Vegas hotel. After about seven minutes, the hotel reservationist no longer heard anything I was saying, although I heard her fine.

Two attempts to redial within the next three minutes failed dismally: I never heard ring or busy or indeed any sound at all from the far end. I eventually used my cell phone to complete my booking.
