I have had my ooma since August '09. It had worked flawlessly up until this past week. Twice, callers could no longer hear me after a few minutes of conversation. I could hear them, but they couldn't hear me. Both times, I called back and everything was fine. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

There have been some routing issues lately.
Also make sure your Ooma device is set to use its "Built-In" MAC Address setting. When the Ooma device is set to automatic for the MAC address, it is using spoofing. MAC address spoofing can change your connection in mid-sentence. Some Modems and Routers have difficulty with MAC address spoofing and Ooma devices, which will cause QoS problems.
