I know I can call 909-390-0003 to get a real world turnaround echo (and 925-259-0082 for an internal Ooma-Ooma echo), but I can't find the utility that people are using to measure the delay. I know I have seen it listed , but now that I am looking for it, I can't find it. What utility should I use? and how do I use it?
