Everyone that calls me complains that they hear their own voices echoing back. I do not hear it on my end. Is this a known issue? Also, here in NY, 311 doesn't work - it says "your call cannot be completed as dialed." 311 works on my cell phone. What's up Ooma?

The workaround for NY 311 is to dial the equivalent 10 digit number. (212) NEW-YORK / (212) 639-9675

As for the echo...check this thread out. There are a couple of configs for after router setups too.
