HD Voice

What am I doing wrong? I have a telo w/telo handset, as do my parents. We're trying to call telo handset to telo handset and aren't getting HD Voice. Any ideas?

The call quality was awesome...there's a bit of hissing when someone on the other end says an "s" sound like "snake," but overall much better than a POTS line.
