I've used my Ooma Telo for close to 2 years now (my first billing history payment date was 11-6-2012, purchased in October 2012) and only started seeing this problem a couple weeks ago (august/september 2014). Intermittently. Sometimes even the call would start out fine, then suddenly I can't hear anything but they still can hear me. (I know this as I would ask them to cell me on my cell, which they did very consistently without previously knowing my cell number)

Then it seemed OK for a week or so again, but today it's back.

It seems like it should not be a me problem since it's worked great for so long before starting this nonsense.
