I've only had ooma service for a week or so. I am porting my number from Vonage which is scheduled to be complete on Nov 29th. I have my Telo plugged into the "wall" jack on my Telo. Often times when someone calls, it rings 2 or 3 times and cuts them off. They have to call back, sometimes getting cut off again, and then eventually get through.

I have no way to know if this is a Vonage problem of a problem with the Telo handling the input from the Vonage unit. I haven't had problems with this in the past, so I expect it is a Telo problem.

I'm considering getting another number and the have my Vonage forward the call to the temporary number instead of depending on the Telo "wall" plug to handle this correctly.

Any ideas?
