My Telo is setup in front of my router as I do not have any open LAN ports on my router and would prefer not to add an additional switch if possible. My problem is that I lose all internet connections to my wired and wireless network computers whenever the phone is in use. As soon as the phone call is terminated my internet connection resumes. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this short of putting the Telo behind the router?

Sounds like you're using the older cordless phone that can shut the wireless down upon use. Try using a corded phone in place of the cordless phone. If that fixes the issue, then you need to upgrade to a dect 6 cordless.

My second suggestion would be the QOS settings on the Telo. Try the first and we'll take it from there.

Well, I'll be darned, it was the wireless phone I was using. I switched to one of my corded phones and the internet was not affected. Now, I'll need to replace my older wireless phones with some newer ones.

Thanks for the help. I never would have found this on my own!
