Scout question

I recently purchased a ooma hub and so far it is working well. I'm thinking of going with the premier service but only If i can use the Hub and Scout with 2 lines.

I want to use the hub with one number that rings the hub only and the scout with a different number that only rings the scout. Can it be set up this way? If so will each number have its own number? Will each number have all the premier features?

Would each line have the 911 charge?

I know that the scout and hub are not manufactured but this is the only way it would be cost effective for me.

Yes, you can assign the 2nd number to the Scout and have it only ring the Scout. The main number will ring the Hub only in this case. Each number will have a separate login to my.ooma.com and will have all the Premier features. RRF (taxes) will not double.
