Upgrading from Hub to Telo

I sumbitted a request via my.ooma.com over a week ago and have not heard from Ooma in any form to confirm my request, does anyone know how long it takes to get the Telo system after the order was placed? I would have expected at least an email of confirmation from Ooma but did not get anything. If anyone out there upgraded recently please let me know how long did you have to wait?

Hello,

It doesn't look like the order processed yet. I'm not sure, but our shipping dept maybe backlogged.
Nevertheless, they should be notifying you once your order has been shipped.

Thanks for the information, I do see where the Telo was added to my.ooma.com account as my current system, so some setup was already performed, I hope I get this soon as I am leaving the Country next week and was hoping to have it in place before my departure. again, thanks for the info.
