I have a ooma Premier with a Personal Number.

I am trying to change two Personal Number settings:

    (1) The ring pattern, and
    (2) The Caller ID text


When I try to change the ring pattern, I see a red pop-up error window that states: "Error During Processing Of Request [null]"
I haven't found any ring pattern settings that I can change to.

I haven't had any luck figuring out how to change the Caller ID.

Can anyone help?

You can't change the caller iD unless you call customer support and pay to have it changed.
If you are using Internet Explorer, try Firefox.
Make sure that you have Adobe Flash installed.

This error turned out to be some sort of corruption in the database, and required Tech Support to fix.

It's working fine now.

The caller ID issue can only be fixed through Customer Support, and I would be charged for the change.
