What's wrong with my Port?

So I bought my Telo from Best Buy about 40 days ago and that night initiated my port. I'm currently a ATT Uverse customer. My estimated port date was already moved back about 14 days to Sept 13, where it currently is sitting. I think the initial delay was partially my fault as I had a balance due to ATT b/c my bank got bought out (Nat City > PNC) and the credit card I had on file for the auto pay didn't update. So I got that taken care of about a week ago and my Port Status page still shows:

Order received Received order on Aug 31, 2010
Information verified Your porting info was verified on Aug 31, 2010
Port initiated Number port is estimated to complete on Sep 13, 2010

and that's it. I sent an e-mail to support a few days after my initial estimated date was pushed back, but never heard from anyone.
This is starting to get really frustrating as I want to save money!

Call Ooma on the phone.
Having an outstanding balance at the company to be ported away from allows them to refuse the port.
