Stupid question, but why doesn't the Porting Status Check List items in the My Ooma Account match the steps listed in the porting e-mail next steps? I started my porting last week, the order received box is checked. Does that mean I should be getting the "Within 5 business days of receiving your port request, Ooma will send you an estimated date of completion for your order." or does that mean something else? When does the "information verified" get a check mark? It sure would have been smarter to make all this stuff use the same terminology. Doesn't anyone cross check these things?
