Hello Fellow Ooma'ers,

During the outage, my Telo went all black with no lights on. Since the outage is fixed, I am able to get inbound calls on my phone. The internet was working before and is working now, however the Telo is all blacked out. It just has a very faint orange light blinking on the play button. I have rebooted my Telo, Router, Modem and still have the same problem.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

There is a brightness control button at the top of your telo. It's right after the speaker volume button. Try pressing it several times & notice if the level of intensity changes.

The blinking play button means that you have unheard voice mail messages.
