I purchased Ooma Telo recenly (a month ago). I installed it successfully and everything was working fine.
My setup is Cable modem -> Ooma Telo -> Wireless Router

Last week I had to move to a new apartment. Here I connected everything again, but there is no blue ooma logo glowing. In fact
no blue light is on at all. I can dial outgoing calls without a problem, but incoming call goes directly to voicemail. My internet is also working OK.

Note I do not have a landline, my phone is plugged directly in the telo. Any help will be appreciated.

Press the center button in the top row to cycle through the available light levels.
If the envelope button is red, press and hold until it turns blue.

Have you tried adjusting the Brightness button? It is located at the top of your telo. It is the center button between the speaker volume & Page(Antenna) button.
