Hi,

I submitted the porting request on August 11, 2010. It's been 10 days and the status is still showing "Order received" only and nothing else. Did I miss any required step? Is this normal?

HI,
I made my port request and my account porting status page says "Received order on Aug 14, 2010" . Why hasn't my information been verified yet and the port request sent on to Verizon? :?:

Did you send them an LOA doucment and possibly a copy of your latest phone bill (needed for some phone companies)?

Yes, but even if I hadn't, shouldn't someone have contacted me by now?
