How do I port my 2nd number?

I started the porting process for my first number to the hub, but how do I port my second number to my scout? Do I need to call customer service to let them know its for my scout and not the hub? Because when I go to the porting page, it only lists the hub number that it would be porting to, but I need it to port to the temporary scout number.

Initiate the port how you normally do through My Ooma. When the port is finished, the second number you ported over will be one of the shared numbers that ring both the Hub and the Scout. You can then move the number over to the Scout and set the scout up as a personal Device with its own phone number.
