I just purchased a 1 year Premier package with free number porting.
I'm expecting that somebody from Ooma will need to know my existing home number and service provider, but so far I haven't been asked for or provided this information.
Given that it takes 3-4 weeks to finish the process, I'd like to get the process started ASAP.
When should I expect Ooma to collect this information from me?

You have to initiate the process by going to the Number Porting Section under the Add-Ons area of My Ooma. You can then follow the progress under "Porting Status" in the Account Section.
