I just turned on my ooma hub for the first time and there is not ooma light, it is not the brightness control.
Also power supply is cold after being on for hours, past exp says they are warm if even not plugged into the item they are for.

Is it the newer Telo black hub or the older classic white/silver hub?

If it is the Telo, do you see the link light just above the ethernet cable plugged into the Internet jack?

It is the white one.
Confirmed dead, ooma will not replace it.
I found one from a router that is the same all the way around.
Ooma working now.

I thought you meant the color of the transformer.

It is silver/white (the ooma)
